Success Stories
Real success stories from the entrepreneurs and side hustlers I support.
I started doing this because I wanted to use my skills, experience and energy to do what other consultants didn’t do—support real people, not corporations. I’ve been coaching solopreneurs, side-hustlers, and small businesses for years, and I love celebrating each of them. Because when they win, I win too.
Whether it’s building a stronger business plan, launching a project, or finally feeling confident about pricing, these are stories of progress—and proof that you don’t have to do this alone.
I am deeply proud of the impact I’ve had already. But I am far from done.
And with any luck—someday soon, you’ll be featured on this page.
Helping artist-entrepreneurs get organized, so you can focus on your craft.
Calligraphy KPS
Krishna, a talented custom calligraphy artist, had big ideas but struggled to stay organized and scale his business effectively. I created custom to-do lists to streamline his workflow, built competitive analysis templates to better understand the market, and helped him ideate and expand his product offerings. I also guided his market research efforts to uncover new opportunities and refine his audience targeting. Krishna now has a clear roadmap for growth, a suite of new products to offer, and the tools to stay focused as his calligraphy business expands.
“I can confidently say that Mason’s mentorship has changed my life. From day one, Mason has gone above and beyond to ensure my business succeeds. He has given me the tools and advice I needed to grow, not just as an entrepreneur, but as a person. I look up to Mason, and I am so fortunate to have found him.”
— Krishna Swain, Founder and CEO of Calligraphy KPS
I work with people.
I work with real people—solopreneurs, creatives, and small business owners who care about what they’re building. I’m not here to help corporations get bigger; I’m here to help you make progress, find balance, and turn your passion into something that works for your life.
Building websites and systems for you, because you deserve to work smarter, not harder.
The Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship
When I started working with the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship, their website needed a serious update. It was clunky, hard to navigate, and didn’t capture the energy or mission of the center. I jumped in to lead a full overhaul—from archiving the outdated site and transitioning to a new web host, to creating fresh, engaging content that connects with their audience.
“Mason Scurry excelled at creating and managing a new CRM for our organization while leading the complete redesign of our website. He leveraged his expertise to deliver a user-friendly, efficient design that measurably improves the end-user experience. By tailoring systems and implementing automations, Mason streamlined workflows and significantly enhanced our organizational efficiency. Driven, efficient, and an absolute delight to work with, Mason is an invaluable asset to any team.”
— Sheila Haggerty | Associate Director at the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship
Along the way, I also built a customized CRM system to streamline their internal processes and make things easier for the team. Now, we’re building a site that’s clean, easy to navigate, and perfectly aligned with their mission. Entrepreneurs can find exactly what they need without frustration, and the team can focus on what they do best: supporting and empowering their community.
Mason has been an incredible asset to our team at the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship! When he joined us, we were in the midst of a staffing transition and lacked an expert to manage our website. Mason stepped in and not only resolved ongoing website issues but also collaborated with our team and the IT department to design and build our new website. The new site will be user-friendly, minimalistic, and packed with all the essential information about entrepreneurship.
But Mason didn’t stop there—when he heard about our challenges managing an alumni database of over 700 individuals, he took the initiative to develop a CRM solution. This tool will streamline alumni management and support other critical areas like events, programs, and more.
Mason has a unique ability to anticipate needs, providing solutions that maximize efficiency and elevate team performance. He doesn’t just meet expectations; he exceeds them, making him an invaluable part of your team.

Jayden’s Kookie Kart
“I’ve always been outgoing in my own way, but meeting Mason changed my perspective. He struck me as a straightforward and determined individual, someone I’ve come to admire and respect deeply. As a businessman, Mason inspired me to emulate his drive and ambition, and as a person, he’s earned my utmost respect.
Mason has helped me in countless ways—offering personal advice, organizing my cookie orders, and sharing innovative ideas to guide me toward my goals. He’s taught me valuable life skills that I hold close to my heart. One lesson that stands out is that no matter how great your business is, it won’t succeed if you don’t believe in your mission.
And one last thing I’d like to add is that throughout this program, I’ve come to realize just how grateful I am. I, Jayden from Jayden’s Kookie Kart, truly appreciate the opportunity to share about Mason’s amazing personality, his great sense of humor, and the positive impact he’s had on me. I’m especially thankful that our paths crossed—it’s been a privilege to know him.”
— Jayden Ferreras | Jayden’s Kookie Kart
It’s difficult for me to put into words how much this testimonial, and the time I’ve spent with Jayden, has meant to me. He speaks to my mission better than I ever could. I’m committed to ICC because I want to have a real impact on real people. This is the most important work I’ve ever done, and I am so so privileged to be doing it.
It’s probably best to share how I got my start in the world of entrepreneurship.
Declutter USA was my second venture—a community-oriented thrift store on wheels that I launched in May 2022. Based in Bozeman, Montana, I offered free pickups of people’s unwanted items and redistributed them to local nonprofits and businesses. Over its two years of operation, Declutter USA served 100’s of customers, repurposed 100,000’s of items, and expanded to Providence and several other towns in Montana.
“When it was time for me to move, I didn’t know what to do with the garage full of items that were not coming with me. Mason Scurry showed up immediately, with a kind smile and an empty van, and quickly helped me out. Mason is a hardworking, positive, talented young entrepreneur. If you want to support passionate, hardworking young people finding great ways to reuse and recycle, then give Mason a call!”
— Deb L. | Customer of Declutter USA
This wasn’t just a business; it was where I learned the ins and outs of solopreneurship. I built my first CRM to manage pickups, created one of my first websites, and experienced what it’s like to turn an idea into something real. Declutter USA was the start of my entrepreneurial journey, and it gave me the skills and confidence to help others do the same.

Young Entrepreneurs Program
Program Director
As Director of YEP, I led a team of 32 leaders to run a 10-week entrepreneurship program designed for high school students in Providence, Rhode Island. From writing the curriculum to mentoring students, I was involved in every detail—making sure each session felt engaging, accessible, and practical. I didn’t just want students to learn about entrepreneurship; I wanted them to see it as something within reach, no matter their background or starting point.
In 2024, I spearheaded the launch of YEP’s first summer program, expanding our impact and creating new opportunities for students to dive deeper into entrepreneurship. I also developed and introduced a custom CRM system to streamline operations and create a smoother, more organized experience for everyone involved. This freed up more time to focus on what really mattered—helping students grow their confidence and develop ideas that could lead to something real.
This experience gave me more than just program management skills. It taught me how to guide people through unfamiliar territory, meet them where they are, and empower them to succeed. Designing educational programs, mentoring first-time entrepreneurs, and leading a team prepared me to be an effective coach now. I know how to break down complex ideas, create actionable plans, and most importantly, hold people accountable while encouraging them every step of the way.
“Under Mason's leadership, YEP flourished! Mason recognized that the initial curriculum wasn’t interactive and didn’t foster student ownership of their ventures. Mason conducted bottom-up research and took the initiative to solve the problem and piloted a new curriculum during the first-ever YEP Summer program in 2024. This revamped approach engaged and empowered students to take full ownership of their ventures. The results were remarkable—students thrived, arriving each day eager to learn and excited to pitch their ideas. This continued to the Fall semester, where they ran YEP and implemented YEP 2.0, an advanced YEP program for returning students.
Mason also worked closely with his team to provide thorough training and collaborated with the Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship to enhance alumni engagement by securing guest speakers and managing logistics. YEP operated with seamless organization and a steadfast commitment to its mission, culminating in the program winning Club of the Year under Mason Scurry’s visionary leadership!”

I’m here to hold you accountable, because I know that’s what entrepreneurs need to succeed.

His mentorship expanded my creativity and deepened my understanding of business inside and out, from strategy to marketing.
